I have a process that includes installing multiple items and rebooting between each. Can I use the Toolkit to do this? Is it possible to trigger the reboot process that configuration manager uses (Reboot now or automatic reboot after so long)?

I would suggest making a Task Sequence for this. Since Task Sequence can start the script again after reboot.
You can reboot the computer through the script but another issue would be to start it again. You would have to use task scheduler and in the script you would have to save somewhere what part of the script you should execute at that point. Could also use registry for that.
It is doable through both TS or just the script but it takes more effort to do it only through the script.

Yes a TS would be easier. Iām hoping to get the reboot timer and
ability to close the notification though.
