Has anyone added additional languages to the AppDeployToolkitConfig.xml? Anyone know how difficult it would be?

I believe it would not be hard to do so. Probably the authors would appreciate getting your translations. I would suggest to be carefull as some place in PSADTK contains hardcode English text.
