All you do is replace the PSAppDeployToolkit folder wholesale with one from the downloaded ZIP file. For the forseeable future, even with 4.3, 4.4, etc, this will be a supported upgrade path.

I update PSADT only when I need to. If I need a new version of an app, I update PSADT if possible, too. If the app is not broken or in need of an update, we don't change PSADT for the "Fun" of it.

Honestly, I don't think I mentioned anything about fun. I asked how I could proceed because, in any case, these are applications that are regularly updated, so I will definitely have to rework them. I definitely think it makes sense to update PSADT as well.

Upgrade to PSADT 4.1.7
