Show-InstallationProgress box does not display during SCCM app deployment

I am deploying Java 8 with PS App Deployment Toolkit and when I create a user targeted application deployment in SCCM (version 1511 by the way), the Show-InstallationProgress dialog box does not display at all.

Can someone please provide some assistance here?

Have you configured the “User Experience” setting of your Deployment Type correctly?

Here are mine…
Logon requirement: Only when a user is logged on
Installation program visibility: Normal
Enable “Allow users to view and interact with program installation”
