Applications that won't execute - IE.Epson ADK 2.40e

Has any had issues with applications that won’t execute properly in the toolkit but function normally when ran through a batch script? Even calling the batch script from the tool kit the application hangs. The latest one I ran into with this issue is the Epson ADK 2.40 installer.

Everything but the Epson 240e installs correctly @ line 142 on the tool kit script.
