What does the MSI log file say? C:\ProgramData\business\Logs\Adobe_Photoshop__24.1-0001_MUL_Install_[MSI_Adobe Photoshop]_Install.log Adobe apps are usually huge an take forever to install. Maybe you just need to wait more than an hour.
