Uninstall error 1603

Hi ,i need help here when trying to uninstall via “Execute-MSI -Action Uninstall -Path ‘{5D96D315-6C3D-4060-95E2-D1EE64E1F3B6}’”
im getting error 1603
when trying to uninstall Manually via Add or remove programs Or via CMD msiexec.exe the uninstallation succeed
please advice.

Update:

when Deployng the app via sccm application the Uninstall process Succeed
it’s failed only when running from local elevated powersell window.
can someone explain this behavior?

I’m betting this is a simple user permissions error. When you elevate for Apps UI uninstall, what account are you using? SCCM will use SYSTEM. This is a security app it seems, so it wouldn’t shock me if only certain accounts were allowed to uninstall without a special key or password parameter passed in.
