Set-ServiceStartMode -StartMode Automatic not working as expected

Version 3.6.5

The following command Set-ServiceStartMode -Name “CcmExec” -StartMode “Automatic”
Sets the service to Automatic (Delayed Start)

Is this a bug or am I’m using the command incorrectly? Thanks.
