If you do not have a FB, Twiter, Google+, or linkedin account, it seems you are not welcomed.
the workaround used to be www.psappdeploytoolkit.com/login but that stopped working today.
The new workaround is http://psappdeploytoolkit.com/wp-login.php
This should no longer be an issue.
