Whilst trying to test interactive installations with PSADT 4.1 via Intune with Company portal is stuck on 'Installing...' after many minutes, the app files seemed to be installed fine but the 'installation in progress. Please wait...' message from the toolkit is still running in the foreground and will not stop.
I have tried to exit Company Portal - reset the app, reopened but the Installation in progress dialogue is still visible. The company portal shows that installed has failed. Even when I force close the process, the dialogue will close but when attempting to open the application, I get the PSADT 'Launching this application has been temporarily blocked...' message.
Can you post your log file? I want to see whether the PSADT is completing, but leaving the client/server process open or whether your deployment is just taking awhile.

Seems last line of the execution log that nothing seems to happen after, "awaiting execution..." - Perhaps the interactive install does not like the /NORUN command parameter? This command seems to work fine on a non-interactive installation via Intune.
Probably because you're installing Greenshot, which pops up a browser window at the end of the install. We added -KillChildProcessesWithParent to Start-ADTProcess to cope with situations like this. Can you add it and see if it kills the browser when the install ends?
It's pretty dangerous to think about, but apps like this when using ServiceUI would open a SYSTEM-running browser visible to the end user... This is all part of why we've got rid of ServiceUI.

As a parameter to Start-ADTProcess.
