what happens with “Show-ADTInstallationRestartPrompt -NoCountdown” in an NonInteractive deployment?

Amazingly, this is not mentioned in the reference docs
I assume it has the same behaviour as v3: No reboot prompt and immediate reboot.
UPDATE: in v4.1 reference docs, it is hints about silent mode but it doesn’t mention that it switches to silent mode when no user is logged in.
