4.1.0-rc2 - AppProcessesToClose will turn deployment in Silent mode when process isn't running

Hi there,

Can somebody please explain why this is happening?
When none of the processes specified in $adtSession.AppProcessesToClose are running, then the Deploymode automatically is set to ‘Silent’..

### Summary of the new feature / enhancement A feature that I have implemented …in the toolkit, is to execute the toolkit with a dynamic parameter. Invoke-AppDeployToolkit.exe install dynamic This means that, if the parameter is set, a function is checking if processes are running. Then the toolkit is triggered as interactive with message prompts. If no processes are running, then the installation is triggered as silent in the background with no messages at all. It is easy to implement this in the Toolkit Main. But the main cannot be edited anymore with the signed certs :) This feature I use at most for all my deployments.
