SysNative Powershell Error

I am working with Windows 10 1909 and I ran into an issue where most of my Deploy-Application Packages fail with the following error

“Windows cannot find ‘C:Windows\SysNative\WID5B1~1\v1.0\PowerShell.exe’ Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.”

Anyone have any ideas?

Don’t think this is related to the toolkit. This is not a path where the toolkit is looking.
