Deploy-Application.exe wont run on Windows 11

When trying to run any of my PSADT installs on Windows 11 using Deploy-Application.exe, the following message is displayed:
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application.

These installs work fine on Windows 10 running the deploy-application.exe.
They do work on Windows 11 if I run the deploy-application.ps1 from command line.

Do you have any info about that issue in Windows 11???

Just to follow up, we finally tracked down this issue and it is not related to PSADT. It is caused by Cisco AMP versions prior to 7.4.1 running on laptops with Win10 20H2 and higher and Intel 11th gen processors. Updating Cisco AMP, now Cisco Secure Endpoint, resolved the issue.
