Defer on Windows 7 machines not showing as error in SCCM

I have just started using the most recent version of the toolkit and now Windows 7 clients who defer show up as successful in SCCM. Windows 10 clients report failed with error code 60012 which is good.

Anyone else seeing Windows 7 clients not coming up as installation failed when selecting to defer the install? any ideas on how to fix?

Actually it looks like any error on a windows 7 client is reporting as a success. Balloon tooltip says it failed, but the client and sccm both state success.
